Toronto Party Weekend
I decided to go to Toronto for Halloween and do some partying. Friday night I met up with Heather and got ready to go to the Rex in a gigantic bathroom. Here's Heather and me all primped and getting in the mood.
Heather posed for the camera.
And a pose for me too.
We made it to the Rex at about 12:30 am and were immediately taken care of by bartenders extrordinaire, Ted and Tom.
Heather drinking my 'Cloud' cocktail that Clint was so nice to keep making us all night.
I ran into a whole bunch of friends this night. Ken and I go way back on the Rex party circuit.
And some of my favoutire people, Clint, Laura and John.
Dan, who later you may recognize as the Scottish vampire.
After the Rex (in true Ken and Taira out-and-about style), we decided to go after-hours clubbing. But do these to people really look like they're about to go spend the entire night drinking and dancing at a booze can? I'd say not.
This person, however, looks like she might be up for it! And it appears she has dislocated her leg.
I'm riding with Clint.
Once at the booze can, I saw tons of people I know. Meet Theron with Ken.
And then I ran into Cameron (left) who slept on my couch for a while a few years back. And James (right) who I know from Brockville and his mom used to teach me French.

And then I saw Amy, who is also from Brockville, but mysteriously didn't actually come with anyone that was already in the bar from Brockville. How does anyone go to Toronto and unexpectedly meet up Brockvillians at 4 am in a smokey booze can?

Then there was the bathroom party.
Amy shakin' her thang and drinking a 50.
And finally, it's 5:15 am and we're really tired, drunk and sweaty.
After resting most of Saturday, Heather and I went to my favourite restaurant, Little India.
Then we went to the Cloak and Dagger and met up with a bunch of old friends like Tammy and Tyler (who also slept on a couch of mine for a while, hahaha).
And then walked in Bill, an old friend from the Rex (but at the Cloak and Dagger), who looks fabulous with short hair.
Andrew made it out too!
The gang - Heather, Kelly, Tammy, me and Andrew - and yes, we're all from Brockville..
After the bars closed, I went to a Halloween party with some friends from the Rex and ran into another person from Brockville (HOW STRANGE!), Jeremy, here with Andy, Beth and Dan, the Scottish vampire.
And looking not too rough the next day is Anton and Tom.
